Diagnostic Service Agreement
The diagnostic fee covers your technician’s time, travel, expertise, equipment, and the diagnostic process, and is earned upon completion — generally non-refundable regardless of outcome. A diagnostic narrows down your concern’s cause; it does not guarantee the vehicle can or will be repaired, or that every fault is found in one visit. If the repair needs dealer-level tools or is outside our scope, we’ll let you know — the fee remains earned either way. If more diagnostic time is needed, we’ll tell you before any extra charges apply. Please share accurate symptoms and repair history; we’re not responsible for delays or incomplete results caused by undisclosed history, aftermarket work, prior repairs, or intermittent issues, nor for pre-existing mechanical, electrical, cosmetic, rust, collision, or structural issues found before, during, or after diagnosis. A diagnostic alone carries no warranty — warranty applies only to repairs/parts we install. Johnny on the Go™ has sole discretion over any refund; a refund, if given, is a voluntary courtesy, not an entitlement.

Additional charges may apply, including a travel fee for addresses beyond our 25 mile service radius and after-hours pricing if applicable, and final pricing is confirmed by the technician in person.
