Where’s the car?

The seller’s address, a dealer lot, wherever the car is parked. Travel is free within 25 miles of our base in Orlando, then $15 for every 5 miles beyond.

Pick a day and a time

Monday to Friday, with start times from 9am to 6pm. You pick the start of a 3-hour arrival window. For a visit today, book by 3pm; the latest same-day start is 4:30pm.

Pre-Purchase Inspection Service Agreement

The pre-purchase inspection fee covers your technician’s time, travel, expertise, and equipment for a visual and diagnostic-scan inspection of the vehicle you’re considering, and is earned upon completion — generally non-refundable regardless of outcome or purchase decision. A pre-purchase inspection reports the vehicle’s condition and flags concerns found at the time of inspection; it is not a guarantee of the vehicle’s overall reliability or future performance, does not cover every possible fault, and does not extend to areas inaccessible without disassembly. We’re not responsible for issues that arise after the inspection, undisclosed history, or the seller’s representations. A pre-purchase inspection alone carries no warranty. Johnny on the Go™ has sole discretion over any refund; a refund, if given, is a voluntary courtesy, not an entitlement.

Additional charges may apply, including a travel fee for addresses beyond our 25 mile service radius and after-hours pricing if applicable, and final pricing is confirmed by the technician in person.
